Woodland Ice Skating Rink Open for the Season

By Natalie Boomer

The ice skating rink in Woodland is open for those who want to skate at their own risk.

“Kids have been skating there. The big thing is ice and weather conditions permitting. With the weather fluctuating the way it is, it’s basically a day-to-day basis,” said Michael Boies, Parks and Recreation Director for the town of Baileyville. “Because it’s an outdoor rink, we’re at the mercy of the weather.”
