Alice Ingersoll, of Robbinston, was recently honored with the Boston Post Cane.  The cane is a symbol of respect, commemorating the oldest living resident of a town.

Ms. Ingersoll, whose friends describe her as very spry for 90 years young, is mother to son John and daughters Lynn and Susan and grandmother to many grandchildren.
