In last week’s The Calais Advertiser, we shared a story on Charlotte Dial-a-Ride, a program that offers access to transportation to residents of Charlotte County, NB.  This week we share information on Downeast Community Partners (DCP), an organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life and reduce the impact of poverty in Downeast communities.  One way DCP does this is through its transportation service.
