If there’s one thing that people in Calais know it’s that if you’re feeling hungry, drive by the parking lot on North Street and you’ll find a little blue truck and a man happy to feed you. For ten years Bill Gibson, “Grampie Bill”, has been making it his mission to feed as many people in the Calais area as he can through his food truck and community dinners.
