With so much change and uncertainty lately, many in Calais and surrounding communities are doing whatever they can to keep things normal for the kids. While a complete return to normal isn’t in the cards for a lot of annual events, a lot of new events and creative ideas will still ensure that kids get to celebrate Halloween.
