Mike Bravener, an Elvis impersonator, says he has performed at Eastport’s Fourth of July celebration for the last 15 years, traveling from his Fredericton home through Calais for the festivities each year.  Last week, however, Bravener was unable to make his scheduled performance due to issues at the border.
