52nd International Homecoming Festival Set for August

For 51 years, the City of Calais, Maine, and Town of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, have celebrated the International Festival, a testament to the strong friendship between the two communities. Despite challenges like COVID, border restrictions, and declining participation, the festival remains a beloved tradition.
