The Baileyville Big Stop Restaurant, a long-standing part of the Irving-owned truck stop since the 1980s, will soon transition to an IHOP.

The IHOP franchise, operated by Connecticut-based Great American Real Food Fast, recently expanded its presence in the region with the opening of a new location at the Irving Oil travel plaza in Houlton last month, making it the only IHOP north of Augusta.
