What is a joyous time of year for some is also a time of great stress and anxiety for some as the temperatures fall, yet prices on nearly everything have risen.  This leaves many wondering how they will pay for home heating fuel and keep their lights on, all while ensuring their families are kept warmly clothed and fed, with Christmas quickly approaching on top of all of that.
