Blake Ford's widow and immediate family would like to inform and clarify to everyone that no Memorial Service has been planned for him at this time. Blake's family would like to thank everyone for their continuous support during this difficult time. When a Memorial Service is planned, it will be announced by Blake's widow, Brandy Carle.
