Much of the state saw mixed precipitation last Friday, which consisted of rain, snow, and sleet, along with temperatures hovering around freezing.  Road conditions were extra slippery, with numerous motor vehicle accidents reported.

In Calais, around 11 a.m., police responded to a single-vehicle accident on River Road.
