Construction on Track for Waterfront Apartments in St. Stephen

The Beacon Waterfront Apartments in St. Stephen are on track in the construction process.  President of The Beacon Waterfront Apartments Tressa Bevington and her father Vice President Gerald Ingersoll have taken on the project that broke ground last February.
