WinterKids is a nonprofit organization in Maine dedicated to increasing outdoor physical activity in children and families, while promoting healthy lifelong habits through education and fun, outdoor winter activity.  

This year, Woodland Elementary School was one of only 22 schools chosen in the state to take part in the competitive track of WinterKids.
