Last week, Downeast Broadband Utility (DBU) president Dan Sullivan was a guest speaker at the St. Croix Valley Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and awards presentation. He provided those in attendance an overview of how the fiber network works and why joining the DBU is beneficial.
