Slow and steady, with a little support from the thumb, seemed to be the strategy for these three in the egg and spoon race, one of the many events at the Calais Fire Association's 4th of July kids’ games.  As usual, there was an abundance of fun for everyone at this annual tradition.  More photos of the event can be found on The Calais Advertiser's Facebook.
